Data stored temporarily:

Cookies + Sessions during checkout (cleared afterwards)
Photo ID if required to validate your order - deleted 90 days after the event.
Some log files may contain your IP address for up to 180 days.

We ensure all data is securely handled, with any sensitive information encrypted in our secure, managed data centres.

Once we receive your request we will contact you within 3 working days to verify your identity and then complete the request.

Let's Paint Data Policy

1. Image and Likeness Usage Consent
By attending any event hosted by [Let's Paint], you and any minor(s) accompanying you agree and consent to the following:
Photography and Videography: You acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event by our staff or professional photographers.
Use of Images Online: You grant [Let's Paint] the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display your and your minor(s)'s name, image, likeness, and voice (collectively, "Images") in any and all media, including but not limited to:
Our website and social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Promotional and marketing materials.
Future event advertisements.
Waiver of Compensation: You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product and waive any right to compensation or royalty for any use of the Images.
Opt-Out: If you wish to opt-out of this section, you must notify a member of the [Let's Paint] staff before the start of the event. While we will make reasonable efforts to exclude you/your party, we cannot guarantee exclusion from all accidental or background photos/videos.

2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering for an event, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, or otherwise contacting us. This information may include your name, email address, and payment information.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Process your ticket purchases and event registrations.
Send you essential event-related communications (e.g., confirmation, venue details).
Send you marketing and promotional communications about our events (if you have opted in).
