Join us for a one-of-a-kind creative adventure!

Get ready for an unforgettable day of painting, picnicking, and meeting the cutest alpacas around! At Ringfield Farm, Nailsworth, we're bringing you a magical outdoor event where you'll be surrounded by alpacas while receiving guided painting tuition to capture their charm on canvas.

You'll also have the opportunity to feed the alpacas and enjoy a relaxing picnic break.

Ringfield Farm is a picturesque farm with spectacular views of the charming cotswold valley, known for there stunning weddings and air bnb, great for any special occasion! They also host festival's and alpaca days.

Event Details:

• Date: Sunday, 25th May

• Time: 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM

Please arrive 20 mins prior for check in and for parking, please allow plenty of time late arrivals may sadly have to be turned away.

• Location: Ringfield Farm, Nailsworth (Parking will be in the alpaca field; limited disabled access due to uneven ground)

Suitable for Ages 5 and Up

Both adults and children must have a paid ticket. Children are not free and must be accompanied by a paying adult due to limited spaces and safety reasons.

What to Expect:

• Paint Alpacas in a Field of Alpacas – Enjoy step-by-step painting guidance while these adorable animals graze around you.

• Alpaca Feeding – Get up close and personal as you offer treats to these gentle creatures.

• Picnic Time – Pack your favourite snacks and a picnic blanket! We'll have a break midway, or you can nibble while you paint. Limited bench seating will be available. Please take all rubbish home with you.

• Donkey Friends – Keep an eye out for our friendly donkeys. Please be quiet and let them approach you if they wish.

Important Information:

• Alpaca Safety: For your safety and theirs, please do not touch, stroke, scream, run, or stand behind an alpaca.

• Liability Disclaimer: Participation is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries incurred during the event.

• Non-Refundable Tickets: All ticket sales are non-refundable, including if the event is postponed due to weather. In case of cancellation, we will reschedule, but refunds will not be issued.

What is the Handling Charge for?

To ensure tickets are delivered safely and securely and to keep the price as low as possible for you, the ticket buyer, Let's Paint generally uses our E-ticket system unless otherwise stated.

For this service we charge a small Handling Fee to cover the debit/credit card processing fees, customer services, processing and distribution of tickets and our secure server costs. We always try to keep these costs to an absolute minimum. If you feel at any time that our prices are not fair or competitive we'd be happy to hear from you.

Delivery

If you have ordered physical paper tickets there is a further Delivery cost added to cover the delivery of your order through the Royal Mail network.

We always endeavour to keep these costs as low as possible to merely cover the costs of postage. We only charge you one Delivery cost per order so if there is a big group of you recommend purchasing larger amounts in one order.

When you purchase tickets through Let's Paint, the full face value of the ticket is shown. This price is the price set by the event organiser and we pay this full amount to the organiser without any deductions.
